Alinear el contenido de una pagina horizontal y verticalmente?

Como puedo alinear el contenido de la pagina horizontal y verticalmente? horizontal es facil pero vertical la cosa cambia si alguien me ayudara estaria muy agradecido

buenas, una buena manera de hacerlo es así :

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
<title>Documento sin título</title>
</head>

<body>
<table width="100%" height="100%" border="0">

no olvides utilizar ese Doctype ya que si no, no quedara así
